Disagreements and conflicts occur in any relationship. coParenter provides solution-oriented resources at your fingertips. Should disagreements arise, coParents are encouraged to use our messaging platform to discuss issues amicably. If no resolution can be reached between coParents, we provide trained professionals who can work with you to resolve disputes through our Mediation feature. The mediation request allows a coParenting Professional to step in and facilitate a mutually beneficial and child-centered agreement.
To start a Mediation session:
- Locate the menu icon on the top left-hand side, and select Mediation
- Click on the “+” sign to start a new mediation session
- Work with the ‘coParenter Bot’ to specify which area you need help with:
- Mediation
- Coaching
- Time Swap
- Communication
- Child care
- Need coParent to do X…
- Expenses
- Registering coParent
- Other
- Support
- Once a topic is selected, the coParent will have the option to choose 1:1 coaching or to include their coParent. You’ll quickly be connected with one of our coParenting Professionals.
