Ryan Phillippe Teaches Us coParent Karma
Nothing feels better than receiving a compliment from your ex on your great coParenting skills. In this case, it’s Ryan Phillippe putting the spotlight on ex wife, Reese Witherspoon.
Getting along in front of the kids is one thing, but as a coParent, if you really want to make your ex feel special for their efforts, why not offer a pat on the back? A kind gesture here and there? Sounds like a great way to kick off the new year. Phillippe sets a fine example, as he spoke with HuffPost Live about how proud he is of he and Witherspoon’s coParenting skills. The couple coParent two children, Ava, 18 and Deacon, 13.
One of Phillippe’s coParenting comments to HuffPost Live: “I’m proud of the way we’ve handled it and who our little people are.”
Regarding coParenting during the holidays, Phillippe also told ET, “You have to get to that point as a divorced parent… where you’re not putting yourself first.”
We agree! This year, let’s focus on caring for our other coParent. Your children will love you for it.
